Appointment on Saturday 26 June with the Grignetta Vertical, a mountain running race which, after the obligatory stop last year, returns to the competitive calendar on the occasion of its seventh edition. In the control room, as usual, the G.S.O. Comet of president Ruggero Forni, ready together with his staff to give a Saturday afternoon full of sport, fun and love for the mountains of our territory.
The race, over a distance of 3.5 kilometers, includes departure at 2 pm from Piani Resinelli, at an altitude of 1278 meters, and arrival at the Bivacco Ferrario at the top of the Southern Grigna, always majestic and fascinating with its 2184 meters. All along the Cermenati ridge. The event is included in the calendar of the Italian Skyrunnig Federation (FISKY) and is valid as a test of the Fisky Italian Cup. Online registrations will close when the maximum limit of 300 participants set by the organizers is reached, or two days before the race, ie Thursday 24 June at 12 noon, and are active on the internet portal www.mysdam.it. If there are still places available, the last latecomers will be able to secure a place at the start directly on Saturday 26 June by 12 noon, in the secretariat set up in Piani Resinelli adjacent to the bib collection station.

The race is open to all athletes who are 18 years of age on the day of the race, or at least 16 with the express consent of those exercising parental authority, in possession of a valid medical certificate of competitive sporting suitability for the activity. with high cardiovascular commitment and valid on the date of the race, which must be presented at the time of delivery of the bib number. The equipment with a windbreaker is compulsory, while the use of poles is prohibited. Finally, each competitor will have a maximum time of an hour and a half to reach the finish line.
