Mini course of tastings


A fun and instructive mini-course of 4 lessons with our professional Sommelier, with the aim of refining tasting techniques. During the course you will learn how to use your senses to taste a wine at its best, but also the basics of pairing food and wine.

  • First lesson: Visual (why you need to look at a wine)

  • Second lesson: Olfactory (the secret of a super nose)

  • Third lesson: Taste-olfactory (Wine is more than just a liquid)

  • Lesson four: Food and wine pairing

At each meeting 3 wines will be tasted,
for a total of 12 wines.
