WHAT IS COOKING WITH BEER?
Pure passion, the realisation of a culinary fantasy, a MELTING POT of emotions, scents, perfumes and thoughts, the fusion of two elements rich in history and culture, which have always united different peoples, blending their customs.
That’s why we combine COOKING and BEER, mixing everything with a handful of healthy madness by Matteo Lento, aka The Beer Chef. He has been tasting and selecting beers from all over the world since 2006 and, since 2013, he has been the protagonist of Italian and foreign recipes cooked with beers from various international breweries during tasting events.
