From Griante to the San Martino Church
This is an unique trail that offers incredible views from the top of the village of Bellagio and the branch of Lecco.
The path is easily accessible and practicable by the whole family, in fact it does not present particular difficulties.
The path is well marked and begins at the church of San Rocco, behind which there is a signpost for the Church of San Martino following the street of the same name. At the end of the street, we reach the asphalt road and, after turning left, there is a flight of steps on the right leading to a little bridge over the Ronconi stream.
From here, the ascent into the wood begins; along the path it is possible to admire aedicules depicting the Way of the Cross. After several hairpin bends, halfway along the route, you can admire the small church of the Alpini. Continuing along the uphill path, you can enjoy a panoramic view.
At the end of the path you reach the Church of San Martino, also known as the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie, with its breathtaking view of Lake Como.
