Fair-market of livestock and agricultural products

It takes place at the end of October. It is one of the longest in the area (402th edition) and among the oldest in Italy.

A tradition that is renewed and that never ceases to fascinate.

Established following an edict issued in 1614 by the Spanish governor Philip III, when Oggiono succeeded in obtaining a weekly market in its territory to the detriment of neighboring countries. Having a market meant the development of commerce and the local economy. Today it is a fair of regional importance and shows the zootechnical market of the various farms in the area.
