Zafferano Collina d’Oro was born the ambition to succesfully introduce one of the least known Como eccellences on the Italian and on the foreign markets.
Our cultivation of Saffron extends over what has been renamed “Collina d’Oro“, in the municipality of Faloppio (CO), not far from the shores of the lake. Our production cycle is carried out in full respect of the environment. Our saffron is available in threads to grant our product quality and sold in glass jars with exclusive design to preserve at the best its organoleptic characteristics.
The project to enhance the saffron hill of gold has led to the creation of important and exclusive combinations: craft beer, noodles, honey, praline biscuits.
