This is a journey into eating beer.
The Beer Chef offers 2/3 types of tasting menus cooked with beer, where the main course is risotto, his speciality, where beer is the main ingredient because it replaces broth in an innovative way. In addition to risottos, the chef offers a wide range of different types of cuisine and dishes, from fish to meat, from cooked to raw and ending with desserts, obviously all prepared with different beers from all over the world and in different processes.
In addition, the dishes are prepared with a careful selection of raw materials according to the seasonality of the products and the possibility of fresh plain or stuffed homemade pasta as in the past.
As for the beverage, the chef always pairs the perfect beer with each course to continue the tasting at its best. The Beer Chef always travels and works with his professionally trained staff of at least one person to provide an all-round excellent service.
During the course, the chef and his staff will explain the dishes and the processes carried out, a bit of beer history and cooking with beer, creating an interaction with the customer and a perfect show cooking.

I have been experimenting with beer in the kitchen for several years now. My speciality is risotto, cooked without broth, only with beers from all over the world and a little natural water. My passion has become my job, I combine the art of cooking and beer, mixing everything with a handful of healthy madness. Taster, consultant, selector of beers from all over the world, I practice the art of tapping, I choose only products with the best raw materials to make my recipes.
For years I have been collaborating with various national and, above all, international craft breweries, which often see me as a protagonist in the creation of recipes cooked with their beers.
During the tasting events, the master brewers and owners of the breweries are present inside the premises where I work. Thanks to this innovative cooking technique, a number of show business personalities have also become enthusiastic about my innovative project. I also organise external Food & Beer events in various locations around Italy.
My passion often leads me to travel, make my art known, research new products and new realities. Everything related to the art of tapping and cooking beer, this combination, will take you on a wonderful journey into beer to eat.
